To All,

I apologize for the delay. I had issues all the way until 7:00 pm tonight with teams being in/out. Thank you very much for supporting this tournament. It does sponsor the Gareth Jones Scholarship and we appreciate your support. We will have plenty of A&M and Gareth Jones merchandise for sale throughout the day. Please make sure to visit the tent.

I have done my best to start as late as possible (8:50 am) and finish as early as possible (4:20 pm). This is a fixed schedule. Please do not send me emails requesting "convenience" changes. There are 20+ teams to account for and if I move a game for you, it will affect several other teams. I have looked at this non stop for 2 days and have changed it about 1000 times. In my estimation, this is the best I can do. I am sure a new set of eyes will find something, but this is it. If you see an honest mistake (back to back games with no break in between) please contact me individually. There is no need to drag everyone into it.
Things will be tight, so please make sure your team is ready to go and at the appropriate field 5 minutes before kickoff.
As the u19 and u15 brackets had an odd number of teams, Katy (u19) and the Woodlands (u15) have agreed to play an additional game in each bracket (Thank You). Please be aware they may or may not need to pick up a player or two. If asked to help, please do your best so we can ensure all teams get a full slate of 3 games.
Also attached is a field map, the tournament rules and the GJ waiver. Please make sure to review the tourney rules. Make sure all parents know the following:

NO DOGs, NO BARBEQUE PITS,NO GLASS CONTAINERS
Every year someone leaves mad because they bring a dog. Dogs are strictly prohibited within the playing enclosure by the University.

There will be a Coaches Meeting at 8:30 am on Saturday. Please have a coach from every team attend. It will be in the main tent.

My number is 832 577 0400. Please call if you have any questions.

Cheers.
